时光荏苒，不知不觉嘉仓网成立已经第九年了！这里特别感谢各位客户和业主朋友们在过去几年里对嘉仓网的信任和厚爱，这里提前给大家拜个早年！
Time flies, JCW has been established for nine years! Here, we would like to express our special thanks to all our customers and landlords for your trust and support towards us over the past several years. Below is a summary of our annual meeting in 2024.
按照惯例，每年年会嘉仓网的创始人Lucy都会把公司的业绩以及每个人的业绩和大家做分享，用Lucy的话说，“嘉仓网是大家一起努力工作的平台，属于大家”！本次年会最大的亮点是每个人都提前准备了一个话题在年会分享。比如大魏日常负责华东区域仓库租赁业务，本次他分享的是《多渠道拓客的方法》。
As usual, at the annual meeting, Lucy, our founder of JCW, shared the company's achievement and everyone's performance. In Lucy's opinion, JCW is a platform for everyone and belongs to everyone! The biggest highlight of this annual meeting is that everyone has prepared a topic in advance to share at the meeting.
For example, Davy Wei is responsible for warehouse leasing business in the East China region on a daily basis. This time, he shared "Methods for Multi-channel of Customer Expansion".
体验过嘉仓网服务的客户知道，我们嘉仓网的服务不单提供免费的仓库租赁选址服务，即从推荐选项、带看、商务沟通直到签约入场的一站式仓库租赁解决方案；我们还会持续跟进客户、提供售后服务，比如客户在租赁仓库期间面临问题、或者提前退租等需要我们和业主去协调解决的，我们会继续提供免费的售后服务。
Customers who have experienced our services know that our service provides FREE warehouse rental and location selection services, in details that is one-stop warehouse rental solution from recommended options, guided tours, business communication, till signing the lease contract. Furthermore, we will continue to follow up with customers and provide after-sales service. For example, if customers face problems during the lease period, or if they need to terminate the lease early, which requires coordination and resolution with the landlord, we will continue to provide free after-sales service.
陈济洪本次带来的分享就是关于《如何协助客户提前退租》。
So the sharing brought by Jim Chen this time, who is very experienced about landlord representative service, is about "How to assist customers in early termination of lease".
随着近几年业务拓展，我们在服务过程中接触到越来越多的跨境客户，为了提供更优质、更贴合的服务，我们需要深入洞悉他们的需求与想法。
此次年会，海霞带来的分享是《亚马逊卖家经验》，相信这将为我们后续的服务工作带来灵感。
With the expansion of our business in recent years, we have come into contact with more and more cross-border customers in our service process. In order to provide better and more tailored services, we need to have a deep understanding of their needs and ideas.
At this annual meeting, Haixia, our customer service manager, shared the topic related with "Amazon Seller Experience", which we believe will provide inspiration for our future service work.
年会第一天是满满干货的分享；第二天，我们去了苏州团建。大家一起欣赏拙政园的美景，感受平江路的繁荣景象，在欢声笑语中为我们 2024 年的年会画上了一个完美的句号。
The first day of the annual meeting was filled with informative sharing; the next day, we went to Suzhou for team building. The happy team building draw a perfect conclusion to our 2024 annual meeting with laughter and joy.
